Dare to be Different!!
Old Barn~~
Wherever we travel, I am always on the lookout for old buildings....this old barn near John Day had a complete facelift with a metal roof, a new door and bright red paint....somehow it seemed out of place amongst the rugged hills and sage brush.......

Footnote from Phyllis: Just a little over 3 weeks until Christmas....om my gosh!!! Are you ready?? I am NOT....so much to do in these next few weeks....I always go overboard for Christmas....I am like a little kid...I love the holiday.....I love to decorate, bake tons of fattening goodies, buy waaay too many presents....as my daughter-in-law says "you know the drill"........ |

I´ve been watching Christmas movies since last July, and Christmas music is already driving my wife nuts. However, she is getting a FULL season spirit this year. Gigantic turkey, now she wants a big Christmas tree, fires in the fireplace ... just turn off the music, LOL |
