most of my shots are done with just the available light. though i do use a flash when shooting indoors or people.most all the outdoors shots i do are with no flash. back long ago i used to shoot concerts and such and would never use a flash. primarily because they wouldnt let you in with a flash. so i learned to play with the aperture and lens type as well as film and shutter speeds.the thing i learned the most was how to hold the camera so it wouldnt shake. back when i started cameras didnt have the steady shot mode on the camera so by learning this technique i ended up with clear shots in low light conditions.
