Grocery Store At The Track

A local grocery chain sets up this store for every race. One of the employees told me it takes about 3 wks to haul everything in and get it set up. It´s got asphalt floors, & tent for a roof, but all the other things you´d expect, coolers, freezers, and cash registers. The prices are a little higher than in town, but not unreasonable when you can buy fresh meat & walk to your campsite to throw it on the grill. Tomorrow inside for those who are curious. This really does become a city, has it´s own fire department, road department & public utilities...of a sort...more as we go on.
